CNOOC Zhuhai LNG phase II project, located in Gaolan Island, Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province, is a key national oil and gas infrastructure project. The construction of the project will start in June 2021, and five LNG tanks with the largest single tank capacity in the world will be built. After the completion of the project, the annual processing capacity of Zhuhai LNG terminal will reach 7 million tons, which will become the largest LNG storage and transportation base in South China and provide continuous and stable clean energy for Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Bay area.
